Trevor Jacobs - Rip

Bamber

Recommended Posts

Trevor was my late Mum's Cousin's son (if that makes sense) and I have a vivid memory if him giving me a pair of his boots when I was in my early teens because my parents couldn't afford to buy some.

Watched him many times for City. For those who are too young to remember, he had a touch of the Bradley Orr about him, tough and totally committed.

RIP Trev.

Thanks for sharing - things like that give a true measure of the man. He was a good player for both Bristol clubs, proper old school - thoughts are with his family at this sad time.
