Bob Taylor is GOD
I know this was talked about previously, but I can't remember seeing a definitive answer? Is the pitch being replaced for next season or not until the Williams is demolished? Anyone know for sure?

Admin phantom Posted February 19, 2014 Admin Report Share Posted February 19, 2014 Just have to get used to all the extra lines on the pitch. Remember how bad it looked after the American football match was played at AG8 years ago

Pheasant plucker
Desso being installed this summer. Really? Last I heard it wasn't going down for a couple of years - till the pitch is "moved" ? Like to be proved wrong tho! Sure the rugger will screw our fantastic pitch. True, but they are in different places on the pitch, near the goal lines will be the worst I guess

Bar BS3
Can anyone confirm if the pitch will also have under soil heating. If so at what stage would this be installed? Doubtful. I don't think this has even been considered. The cost is massive and nowadays, games ar more likely to be called off because the stands or surrounding areas are unsafe, rather that the pitch being frozen, so there isn't much point in it. Well, there's been some weird and wonderful 'sources' claimed on here before, but a speaking chair really is stretching it a bit far. I did once see one on the muppet show, come to think of it......................

ciderbeans
Really like the large run off area of grass all around swanseas pitch. I hope we are able to provide a larger, flatter touch line area on our new pitch. I dislike the drop off

Think it might have been Rob Edwards. Game of the season, 1st vs 2nd and the pitch was a disgrace. Never again !
