Eco
Are we currently employing one, say on an ad-hoc basis ? Impossible to tell from cub website. Think some of the players are a bit fragile mentally and a good old bit of psychology may help. Also anyone know if they've been on any team bonding events to help with team spirit ? Remember GJ took them paintballing on one occasion.
BRISTOL86
They recently had an all expenses paid trip to Sheffield to be part of a traveling circus! If that doesn't help morale, what will?!

CodeRed
No the psychologist was let go - as Steve Cotterill said when he" first walked through the door" ..." I do all that". Along with the scouting " no need - I know every player in the championship" this knowledge enabled him to find gold like El Abd & Barnett, and psychologically motivate the term ss evidenced at Sheffield he's a winner too, and from the West Country, What more could we want?
