Guest
No plastic here, but very happy to see an EPL club progress in the CL. I'll support any EPL club in that competition.

Cunnyfunt
Two piss poor teams. united are by far the weakest team left who everyone will want to draw.So true. The league position tells all. Saying that though you don't have to be the best team to win it. Look at Liverpool in 2005 and Chelsea in 2012.

westred1
Watched it in a pub in Southampton with a plastic. Shouting, screaming at every tap of a United player; calling for Moyes to be sacked; claiming he's not a glory supporter because of the season they're having. Only ever been to TWO Utd games as it's too far to travel. It really angered me more than it should have! What I did find funny was that he had no idea who Anders Lindegaard was... some fan! Super
So true. The league position tells all. Saying that though you don't have to be the best team to win it. Look at Liverpool in 2005 and Chelsea in 2012. You are right Liverpool didn't have a great team but they did have a top manager who was tactically spot on. havanatopia
I am glad we have a second team into the last 8. That for me is all that matters. I would have preferred it was Bristol City and Arsenal but beggars can't be choosers.
Cunnyfunt
You are right Liverpool didn't have a great team but they did have a top manager who was tactically spot on.Benitez is a big game manager...the polar opposite of Moyes (excluding last night). Benitez wouldn't have been a bad choice to succeed Fergie but with Fergie choosing the next manager that wasn't going to happen.
