View from the Dolman
David Lloyd said on Tuesday that joint season tickets are likely once the ground is finished.
Merrick's Marvels
Phil - perhaps the rugby prices are based on the assumption you'll be watching Premiership rugby from the Dolman next season? Fingers crossed! (bloody play offs - the bane of our lives)
bigphilgj
I have tried to apply various versions of a logic to it. In the Mem there are really only one area of expensive seats. In Ashton Gate the Upper Dolman and Williams are as expensive as the only expensive bit in the Mem. If we are trying to attract people in - then having prices higher than the footy is ridiculous. I truly hope we get promoted - though perversely the games will be less interesting to watch as spectacles - don't think we will have too many 16 try games in the Prem. Given one company owns both clubs I would have thought we would have got joint tickets a lot quicker - or at least incentives - or a target for some sort of convergence. It just does not appear to have been thought through properly (on the rugby side).
