TheRedHalf Posted April 19, 2014 Report Share Posted April 19, 2014 I was just taking a quick look at the league one table and noticed that the mighty reds are now on +1 goal difference. This got me thinking, when was the last time city finished the season with a positive goal difference? was it the play-off season in the championship, which was six seasons ago? I know it doesn't mean a lot but finishing with a positive goal difference this season would be a nice plus point to take away from this very average season. CITYSCOUT1970 Posted April 19, 2014 Report Share Posted April 19, 2014 Just did my statto check, & it's taken us 76 consecutive league games to get a plus goal difference again!!! We were +1 going into the away game v Leicester on the 6th Oct'12, lost 0-2 that day, so went to -1, & since then have either been minus GD or on zero, until yesterday when we finally went to a +1 again!!!!
