Desso
Overheard whilst in the queue for play off tickets, that the pitch was going to be relaid after the Elton John concert. Is this necessary? I,ve never seen it looking so good at the end of a season. Anyone heard anything?

The Man In Black
I can confirm, the hallowed turf is still as gorgeous as ever. And I have first hand knowledge because I was able to enjoy a kickabout at the end of the Bristol Fans Derby in front of the East End with a couple of Rovers fans I remember a year or two back our awards winning groundsman left and there were concerns that the pitch might deteriorate in quality slightly. Well, I think that the groundstaff should be applauded because it is one of the best pitches in the league

I think you are getting confused with the Memorial Ground..
