Mr Mosquito Posted June 15, 2014 Report Share Posted June 15, 2014 ....fair shout to the 3 Lions Landlord for giving an interview on BBC Radio 2 on Friday lunchtime about England's chances in the World Cup. He managed to mention Bristol City FC quite a few times in connection with Roy Hodgeson being our manager in the early 80s. Personally, I reckon we'd have more chance of doing well if we dropped Wayne Rooney - he provided the cross for our goal but did bugger all else. Rooney seems way past his best and the young England attackers alongside him put him to shame for speed and skill. Aint it nice to have a scapegoat at national level?
