Somerset Red
I like the chant, and I think he will oblige...as long as they're not attacking our goal etc. But isn't calling him Cotterill is a bit......severe? I think he's the sort of bloke that would interact with the fans....and he's now well and truly a red. So how about Stevie Stevie give us a wave? Sounds more like a request than an order....don't you think?

BS4 on Tour...
Would never join in with a cringy chant like this but I must admit, I always thought that using the manager's surname sounds awfully rude - I particularly thought that of 'Wilson, wilson give us a wave' - what was wrong with Danny??!! HomerRed
You could shorten his name to Cotts . . . and then lengthen it back again with an -ey at the end in the traditional football nickname style to ..... Cottsey, give us a wave. Or you could try Winner, winner give us a wave . . . bound to respond to that.
