Southport Red Posted June 9, 2004 Report Share Posted June 9, 2004 I'm glad that Keith is delighted about his new position, we need people who love the club in charge, Tins obviously does and I hope that Keiths delight comes from a similar standpoint. HOWEVER - 'Surprised' doesn't fill me with confidence, if I was offered a small promotion at work I wouldn't be surprised, if I were elected Prime Minister I would be surprised. I have to confess that I read this as a sign that Keith didn't think he was/is ready for such a challenge - am I reading too much into one small word?
