BS4 on Tour... Posted September 15, 2014 Report Share Posted September 15, 2014 My boss' son was the away team mascot earlier this season, it was his first ever game and his 10th birthday. He had a great day but was absolutely gutted when the groundsman refused permission for the home and away mascots to warm up with the teams on the pitch. Apparently he said they'd damage the pitch!!! Both City and the away mascot were very upset and it ruined the whole experience a bit. Can't see how a few youngsters will damage a pitch anymore than 22 blokes would....
