My job means I have to travel alot during the week but I still really look forward to going to away games in all sorts of obscure towns and cities all over the country. I shed tears in Cardiff but I didn't call for the manager's head, I tried to remember that we only failed by 1 point and had 11 straight victories along the way. Not all pretty - but victories all the same. The regular City away fans know we will be back. We will be in railway stations, service stations, airports and pubs all over the country next season. We will be drinking cider with the other 1,000 or so regular away fans and we will be proud to be representing our club off the pitch. Ok, so we resented the so-called fans who only turned up at Sheff Wed away, the last few home games and Cardiff last season but we needed them at the time. Next season we will be right behind whichever 11 players emerge from the tunnels around the country. We will be right behind Brian Tinnion. City fans may be demanding but we are always there.
