elko Posted June 9, 2004 Report Share Posted June 9, 2004 Right this is a little off topic even for an off topic forum, but I was just wondering whether any guitar players around here own, or have ever owned a Rickenbacker, more specifically the 330 12-string? Only I'm interested in getting one. If you don't know it, it is a classic guitar model which gives a very 60's sound, famously used by George Harrison in songs like Tiacket To Ride, Eight Days A Week, etc. Also used by Johnny Marr to get that trademark 'jingly-jangly' Smiths sound.
