dezgimed
Hard to list just 5 when you have 30 plus years worth to consider. I'd go for: Fawlty Towers Peep Show GoT Frasier Extras Then maybe something like Lost, The Office, Phoenix Nights.

Pickle Rick
Uhh.. I watched two episodes and it has to be one of the worst shows I've ever watched.. very very strange.. You should give it more of a chance. The 100 & Revolution had a fair chance, both not good at all. Leftovers however is looking pretty good. Up to episode 8. I just couldn't get into it, from the silent people, to dogs randomly killing things and the tree chopping.. but the ratings for the programme are quite good, so I guess I'm in a minority

THIS. Greatest show of all time. It's a slow burner - 1st season takes 3/4 of the episodes to get going, 2nd season even longer - but once you've put those hard yards in - it's an utter joy. 5-0-5-0! Slippin cider
I'm waiting for series 3 of Man Down...1 & 2 were brilliant ...if you've not seen it have a look it's very funny and Greg Davis is superb ..was also written by him. Series 3 is out late this summer/Autumn .
And Its Smith
The Wire is indeed the greatest show ever made. If you liked Breaking Bad then Better Call Saul is a must. Orange is the New Black is very funny and an easy watch. Suits is top five for me. House is pretty good. Dexter is superb for first few series. Bob Turnip
If you can handle subtitles - "The Bridge" is exceptional. Also "The Killing". The Scandinavians sure can do a crime drama. House of Cards is also excellent.
