Abraham Romanovich
Just stumbled across this from a chap who attended the Oldham match . Always interesting to read how others view us.. http://www.pne-online.net/forum/showthread.php?89846-So-I-went-and-watched-the-Robins-vs-the-Latics-on-Saturday.. Kid in the Riot
They seem confident despite getting dicked by Rochdale!
Cider red
No pace? Really. Defo looking at that game with Preston tinted glasses, he doesn't mention the numerous second half chances we created. Or the superb 1 touch passing moves we played at times. We will see in two weeks I guess.
jambodinho
So Agard lacks pace and he thought we had a back 4. So It's not just our fans that can watch a game of football and not have a clue what's going on in front of them.
One BCFC
Wow they are criticising a team who are unbeaten and are top, when they were just trounced 3-0 by Rochdale. Kettle and black comes to mind.
Aaron-Bcfc
What an idiot. Agard no pace? Quickest player in our team which makes him a constant menace for defenders. Also doesn't think we have goals in us, not like we're the top goal scorers in England mate haha

Red-Robbo
genuine question, is Agard the quickest player we have....Burns can shift Burns/Little/Williams can all sprint when required. You don't very often see JET running but bloody 'ell, he shifts when he does! Just can't do it all game.
Kingswoodactor
Preston's defence against Rochdale looked like they could cope with the long ball tossed into the box at all. Some shocking defending in fact. 2-0 to us with Flint scoring yet again.

Bar BS3
That is a total crock of shite. Well written shite, but shite nonetheless! I hope Prestons management has such levels of scouting and expect us to to play with a back 4, have Ayling at right back and play with no pace. Aaron-Bcfc
genuine question, is Agard the quickest player we have....Burns can shift I was just going by our starting 11 but yeah Burns is quicker
MichaelRobartes
I find it unbelievable that he didn't notice we were playing three at the back. What was he watching?
Monkeh
no mention of us hitting the bar early doors, Agard quick thinking that went just wide from about 50 yards out and the fact oldham hhad 1 shot on target all game, it seems to me that he didn't waatch the game
UREDS_91
Ayling right back? Ha, what a belter!
Marina's Rolls Royce
I'm not sure if the PNE fans think it's very accurate either: that he faces the pitch when he goes on future scouting missions. There are some glaring errors in his report
Aussie
They seem confident despite getting dicked by Rochdale! Apparently they were absolutely shocking v Rochdale.
Mike Litoris
It never ceases to amaze me the amount of people who have absolutely no tactical understanding of football at all. Back 4? I mean, there are times where if Bryan is forward and Little hasn't committed that Williams might push left (alternatively Ayling pushing right) to make a four, but we are stood in a line halfway for most games as a flipping three. It bugs me quite a lot how people speak with such confidence about a topic they clearly have no knowledge of. Though that's absolutely not limited to this PNE fan. jambodinho
Wonder if he's still feeling confident. I for one am not fearing a team who have Neil kilkenny pulling the strings.
OldlandReddies
Fully expect Preston to fall away now. The last two games have been the only sides they have played away in the top 16 in the league this season and they have failed to pick up a point. MK Dons & Rochdale will be our biggest threats to our 'automatic' hopes this season.
cidered abroad
Fully expect Preston to fall away now. MK Dons & Rochdale will be our biggest threats to our 'automatic' hopes this season. Don't be so quick to write PNE off. They, like every other team, will stutter at times. It could be our turn in the next three league games?
