Aussie
Lost at home to Worcester City. Was just having a read of some of the comments : (1) I wasn't angry or upset with the team, they are what they are and that is shite, they can't help it. What does upset me and angers me is the the people who have done this to us,and that is SISU. They are running us into the ground and you have to wonder why, they don't care about the club they've shown that they certainly dont care about the fans, they're never in a milion years going to get they're money back so why????? (2) Because they are C*ts I will have my new Sisu out banner for Wednesday hope they throw me out and ban me. I can then go and support some other local Sports team who appreciate the supporters more... Whats happened to that football club and the management of it - because they are a club with such potential - is really a disgrace. It reminds me that - however much we might bitch and moan - how bloody lucky we are with Steve Lansdown.
CotswoldRed
They lost today because they gave away a stupid penalty and went to 10 men in an instant. Slight over-reaction.

Drew Peacock
They lost today because they gave away a stupid penalty and went to 10 men in an instant. Slight over-reaction. Tranmere won with 10 men against plucky non-league opposition. The gulf between league and non-league should show, even with only 10 men.

I think it's the entire season as opposed to one game. When we were there it had the feel of a club in total disarray didn't it?
southvillekiddy
What disgusts me is the set-up at the Ricoh and how this was ever okayed by any Football Club in partnership with their "Local" Authority (what a ****ing laugh) Arranged to meet someone at the *****Casino or whatever ****ocks it's called without realising what I was in for. A tawdry, money-grubbing sess-pit, designed to suck the pounds out of the fools who go down there, the people/fans that should have more sense. We may laugh at the primitive, over-priced "catering" at Ashton Gate, staffed by pimply-faced adolescents but at least the money we spend is going to BCFC (unless I am totally mistaken). How could any-one sign up for a such a total sell-out for Club with such a proud history as Coventry City unless they were totally stupid or totally corrupt. Having to relocate to Northampton, sitting two points outside the bottom four and generally being mismanaged for seven years probably had something to do with it too

I think that may be true now Lindley have had their contract ended, but before that I believe the club got paid a fixed fee by Lindleys and any profit or loss was then Lindleys. Very simplistic answer maybe, but there are lots of people who love their club, whoever it may be, and will watch and support them whatever the circumstances. Yup. That's how Lindleys works. Incentive to produce good food or not?
