Corsham Ed
I have a Samsung Notebook 3530 and have been having issues especially being on the web. Last weekend, I decided I would go back to the original build, this was done via settings. during the first reboot an error message appeared "Your PC couldn't start properly" the digital signature for this file could not be found error code 0xc0000428 windows/system32/winload.efi You need a recovery disk or contact your PC administrator. The laptop never came with a recovery disk, but you are presented with a number of options when asked to press F8. 1.Enable debuggig 2. Enable Boot Logging 3. Enable Low Resolution Video 4. Enter Safe Mode 5. Enter Safe Mode with Networking 6. Enter Safe Mode with Command Prompt 7. Disable Driver Enforcement Signature 8. Disable Early Launch Anti Malware 9. Disable Auto Restart After Failure I have been through all the options and end back to square 1. I did communicate with Microsoft online and to be honest, they were no use at all, a pretty frustrating experience. The system is running Windows 8.1 and I was wondering if anyone has come across anything similar in the past? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ed
