Lots of these guys in the first are a very similar age between 23-26 (little, Ayling, flint, Williams, smith, freeman, jet, smith, agard and more) which probably helps. I think it's great we have a coach now and stay over a couple of days, but why the change of policy. Have the finances been sorted now to enable this now?
