bcfctim
Equally impressive as Smith and JET's recent heroics is just how solid we are at the back all of a sudden. Best defence in the league, just 2 goals conceded in our last 7. We've been awful in this department for so long I've almost forgotten what it's like! Even in our great run early doors we often needed 3 just to win a game. Go back just a couple of months and we wouldn't have held out today, against the pressure Scunny put us under. It's all very refreshing. Scoring for fun is all well and good but it's a solid defence and grinding out wins like today when not at our best that wins promotions (and titles!), and we seem to have the best of both worlds now. Happy days, and roll on May!

Lordofthebling
Was thinking this today myself.... Few months, even weeks ago we always conceded. Now we seem much more confident. Think losing our unbeaten record has also turned some of our draws into wins too.
pongo88
A big improvement, which may come from playing the same defence each week, and / or Cott's coaching. Flint has gone from being a dubious signing to the best central defender in the league.
