Fordy62
Just locked amidst a debate with a friend. I'm not sure that many would argue that they'd rather have Henry over Ronaldo, but my question is this... Who was the better Premier League player? Ronaldo hadn't reached his pomp, Henry clearly had. So over to you. Who was the better premier league player?

cidercity1987
Henry by a margin. 174 goals in 254 games compared to 84 in 196. Obviously Ronaldo has improved beyond Henry post Premier League.
Alex_BCFC
Henry in the PL easy. But overall Ronaldo easy.

JM91
As above, Henry in the Premier League but over the whole career, I dont think there ever has or ever will be a better player than Cristiano Ronaldo. (Obviously the above statement doesn't include the messiah that is Tim Sherwood)
cider-manc
Over the entire of the Prem careers it has to be Henry. But Ronaldo post 2007 was voted world player of the year and was winning the champs league. So if it's who I would have when at the top of their game in the Prem then I'm going to say Ronaldo. He was already incredible before going to Spain.
eastonboy
Henry= team player Ronaldo = the player that removes his shirt in a scripted fashion to facilitate a scene in his upcoming movie.

MC RISK77
Sadly as someone who does like arsenal I recently watched every goal Henry scored for arsenal...I encourage anyone to watch it and not feel as though he is the best player ever to have graced the epl
downendcity
Both great players, but always felt that Henry had a touch of class that Ronaldo didn't.

CotswoldRed
Definitely Henry Cooper. Ronaldo falls over if you brush past him. He'd never take a punch.

HoldenBall
Henry, this might be off topic but I decided to watch Madrid against Getafe on Sunday, Ronaldo was pretty much non existent apart from scoring a brace, I'm wondering if this was a norm for him in games or just a one off, still think he's the worlds greatest though.
