Murraysrightplum
Lack of composure/class in the final third but a great effort from the lads Quote Link to comment
Real Red
Admirable display just lacked a bit of clinical finishing you need against PL teams. Bring on Fleetwood more important ! Quote Link to comment
SimonR
Think we will all take that, Great performance by the Lads. They can hold their heads high Quote Link to comment

City_USA
Very proud of our boys today. Showed a good account of ourselves Quote Link to comment
AshtonGreat
Odd that the official site stats give us one shot on target. I can remember at least two goalline saves, JET's free kick, Smith's recent header... JET's free kick? That was a pass back wasn't it? Quote Link to comment
BRISTOL86
Some kind words from Andy Cole That can't be right, he hates us and never says a good thing about us. 1 Quote Link to comment
CiderHider
Great performance, we do have some top quality players, I was amazed actually how well we played against a Prem side pushing for Europe, we tore them apart in the first half, just lacked that quality in the final 3rd. omg! Reid got MOM? omg, spivs everywhere! Bryan was not even in the BBC top 3 to vote for, jeeez, what a farce Edited January 25, 2015 by CiderHider Quote Link to comment
Aizoon
Ho hum. Back to the League. Remind me, how are we doing there? Quote Link to comment
chipdawg
The team did us proud today, that's all I would have asked for at kick off COYR 3 Quote Link to comment
cityexile
Game of few chances really. Won the first half, pretty equal the second. Played really well, and trying to convince myself this might be better than a replay. Really good effort. Deserved the draw. Quote Link to comment
NYTRAM
Just heard WHAM in the Irish bar on Prague. Where have they been all game? Quote Link to comment
The Gambler
We still haven't lost a game by more than one goal this season. Got a feeling wham might win the cup this season Quote Link to comment
Aizoon
The team did us proud today, that's all I would have asked for at kick off COYR Agree with that. A stuffing would have harmed our confidence, but that's a result we can build on. Quote Link to comment
skinheadface
Well done lads, proud of you, next stop Wembley, and the league!!! Quote Link to comment
Major Isewater
Andy Cole has suddenly remembered that he used to play for City. Well done lads ,good performance and you can be proud yourselves against a team that is seventh in the premiership. Now let's move on and up ! Quote Link to comment
nickolas
Not bad. Lost to a handball on the line 1st half by Carroll and a handball by Carroll leading to their goal. Different game if we get that 'little bit of luck' SC was talking about in the week. Quote Link to comment
Whooooossshhhh
The good thing is (imo) the squad won't let this affect their focus on League 1. By rights, we should have been well beaten by the Prem side, home advantage or not. I firmly believe that today's result is fairly low on their radar as a loss, but will be used to reaffirm to the players how well placed the hard work has put them in the race to get out of this godforsaken division. I'm feeling positive that this will just push BCFC onwards and upwards. Errrr.......... that's all 1 Quote Link to comment

Different game if we get that 'little bit of luck' SC was talking about in the week.I think that both handballs would have been harsh (though having watched it a couple of times, I think perhaps Carroll knew what he was doing on the goal line), but on another day they could have been given. But it wasn't another day I suppose Edited January 25, 2015 by chipdawg Quote Link to comment
bristolcitysweden
Ayling my City man of the match. Stiff competition from "Smiths" & Bryan. Edited January 25, 2015 by bristolcitysweden Quote Link to comment
CotswoldRed
Perfect result. Great showing. Better team on the day imo. No more FA Cup fixtures. Bloody lazy defending not attempting to prevent the cross for the goal. Only negative on the day. Edited January 25, 2015 by CotswoldRed Quote Link to comment
cityexile
We prob had that luck at scunny last week. Maybe. Restricted them to a few chances, ours mainly in the air. Other than maybe the Bryan one, noting really to feet in their box, which was maybe not a surprise. Let's not forget they paid us the compliment of putting out their strongest eleven. Really good effort, not much really at all between the teams, and just unlucky on the day. Quote Link to comment

But it wasn't another day I suppose Yeah. The first one probably was, but would have been a HUGE call, and seeing as after countless slow motion replays it's still not 100% there's no way you could give it as a ref. Second one just wasn't a handball. Quite right though, it wasn't another day. Quote Link to comment
