RumRed
No it doesn't. Luck is luck. No, it's statistics. That being said there maybe a skew in a variable, e.g a ref preferring home team vs an underdog or visa versa. Still statistics though and could be modelled with with a large enough database. That being said the model would be likely to be incorrect as the statistician will be biased even if they're trying not to be be. By the way the cats dead, or maybe not, or maybe both... Well, it's not often you see a post on this forum with an oblique reference to Schrodinger's Cat. Well done!

Perhaps we should apply the same test to the CATS coaches? Actually better not.

You get on to observe what happens and you get off incapable of telling anybody.

Aizoon
A mix of being Cassandra and just trying to block the whole experience from your mind then.... It sums up the ignorance of Hollywood that they managed to produce a film called "Troy" without including Cassandra. There's a brilliant episode in the Iliad where Agamemnon offers Cassandra as a slave to Odysseus. He, being the only Greek with two brain cells to rub together, takes one look at Cassandra and says "Oh no, sir, a king's daughter should be slave to a great king like yourself.." Then he sighs with relief and sails off into a nightmare. But at least he survives, unlike Agamemnon.
