Paul Cheesey
I have nothing but admiration for him, not only is he a terrific player and a played a huge part in our current success, but he is also a very courageous young man for fronting for interviews despite his speech difficulties. I'm not sure I would be so brave. Respect! I hope he stays with us for years to come!
Port Said Red
I have wondered whether it effects his communication on the pitch, or whether he has techniques for overcoming it? It could be that if he is concentrating on the game that it distracts him enough to overcome it for the 90 minutes. A bit like the lad on Educating Yorkshire and the music technique. I do agree though that he could easily avoid the limelight if he wanted to, I think it should give confidence to any youngsters with similar problems. View from the Dolman
Huge respect after his latest interview on Player. As somebody who had a speech issue when younger I know it takes a lot of effort and courage to keep going and not let it beat you.
