All about the same top PL clubs 24/7, with presenters deliberately saying stupid things just so that they can provoke people into ringing in to their show. I came across what that is called in an article a few months back - a hipster-journo calls it clickbaiting The theory comes from internet adds "What the **** is that?" *click* In the media it's "That Robbie Savage is such a knob, I will listen to his rubbish so I can get annoyed, correct him and enjoy my life" whether that is about his paper column, radio jibberish or television junk The sad thing is, it is a recognised tactic used by all media outlets and it works, we the public love a controversial figure Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
