The Fat Controller Posted May 11, 2015 Report Share Posted May 11, 2015 This is the fifth consecutive season that the Playoff Final will be contested by the 3rd and 4th placed finishers. In the last four seasons, the team that finished 4th has been promoted. The last 3rd placed team to win the Playoffs, were Millwall in 2009-2010. They beat the 5th placed team in the final, which just so happened to be Swindon Town. About time the 3rd placed team went up again? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
