Working Abroad

Ah, fair enough.

I've looked at or been told good things about Canada, USA, Sweden, Oz/New Zeland, Bermuda, and central Europe.

As you can see, I haven't narrowed it down much!

No need to join an agency.

Get hold of a trade/profession paper; there are more likely than not adverts for various positions in various countries and use them to narrow down your choice.

Depending on the level of your qualifications, some countries may be crying out for somebody like you, whilst others might simply be unavailable due to a lack of suitable qualifications.

Good Luck

Very difficult to line up a job before you go.  You might just have to bite the bullet and get a one-way ticket to a destination of your choice.

I have been offered permanent moves overseas before but that has been through the company I already work for.

Good luck with whatever you choose to do.  Usually by taking risks in the short term something good will eventually come of it.
