REDOXO Posted July 6, 2015 Report Share Posted July 6, 2015 Watching the post match interview with SC I couldn't help notice the last sentence or two regarding Wade Elliott and the Under 21's. SC insisted that having Wade managing/coaching the U21's 'will take pressure off me as Wade will know what I want Two things struck me. 1 The five pillars strategy of coaching the young players in how the first team will be playing allowing for some continuity....A breath of fresh air their finally 2 He felt that he wasn't getting that before and as such he was around the u21's more than he would have liked. Buckeyed Posted July 6, 2015 Report Share Posted July 6, 2015 It was good to see Wade and Steve side by side during the match yesterday - also you could see how much the u21's respected Wade, particularly at the end of the match when he went onto the pitch to give players like Morrell feedback.
