We ordered four together, using the same credit card in the same transaction, during the 'early bird' pricing period. One turned up three weeks ago but the other three failed to materialise. When we phoned up, they had no record of the other three people's names, but had three season tickets waiting for us in the same name as the one we had already received. In the end, my friend went to the ground and talked them through exactly what tickets we had ordered for which people and we managed to sort it out (although they still managed to give us two season tickets for the same seat, which had to be altered).
