Wasting yer time mate.

The usual will respond telling you why you are wrong - thread closed.

I'm sure you're right cynic, the vocal minority do tend to ridicule anything they don't understand or agree with. But there always used to be a few on here who will discuss things rationally. I post to encourage a mass debate but I'm not surprised when the post only attracts who masterb***e.

(I don't include your good self in the last category)

Well, I've read it all and find it hard to disagree with much.

Thing is though at what point do we decide that the strategy to go after more players like Ryan Fredericks is not working?

The season has already started and unlike some on here I do believe the overall standard is a significant step up and we are well short (to my mind 5) of the number of players currently needed to have a competitive Championship squad.

I was told by many a month ago that the recruitment of MK Dons and Rotherham was entirely of players that wouldn't strengthen us and they had gone for quantity over quality.

The injury to Joe Bryan should be a wake up call that we need more action now and if that means we have to revisit and bring in players from League One instead so be it.
