chivers88
Why can Levi Ives step up and replace joe Bryan. surely it's worth trying it at Luton instead of him playing against Bolton for the under 21s, as I've just seen on Twitter?? RumRed
He's on the bench and the coach is dropping him off in Luton on the way home

JoeAman08
I personally don't think it's likely. Think we'll have most of the regulars out there trying to get a better understanding of each other
OldlandReddies
Think Cotts will give Robinson game time in place of JB. Natural left sided player so makes sense with Fredericks on tother side.
Harry
I don't think Ives will be involved just yet. Needs a bit of fitness as he didn't really have much of a pre-season.
redarmy1974
Ives won't be involved anytime soon he is about a stone and half over weight from the of season
samo II
In line with what Harry and redarmy have said; not sure he's been brought in to immediately compete for a squad place - we'd have heard more when he arrived were that the case. I'm all for blooding youngsters, but the reason it's called the development squad is to give them time to do just that. Personally I do hope we see some of what this lad can offer at some point, but more likely towards the end of the season, once he's settled and hopefully once the first team have us in a decent position to allow that to happen. Buckeyed
I think it is clear we need some backup in this position if we are to continue with the current formation. There are a few freebies still available such as Joe Dudgeon and Reece Wabara who I think would do a good job and can play in central defence too..
