BRISTOL86 Posted August 19, 2015 Report Share Posted August 19, 2015 Yep you'll have to buy a ticket then go down the club with your receipt on a non match day to sort out reimbursement. At least that's what I had to do a few seasons ago. Why they can't verify you with your ID and suspend your ST for one game I don't know, but you definitely had to purchase a ticket then claim it back when I did it befor.
