Pearcy
Just had a friend post this on facebook. Looks like they are copying us to me. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3212754/Manchester-United-stars-unveil-new-black-adidas-kit-90s-throwback-shorts.html http://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/article/city-are-back-in-black-2580732.aspx I'm not saying the kits look like each other but they have incorporated an iconic kit into their new kit. I wonder where that got that idea?
Taz
Nothing alike other than being predominantly black.

Loco Rojo
So the colour black is the only similarity? Looks absolutely nothing like ours.

handsofclay
I don't know if others have noticed this too, but for quite some time they have also been copying us with their home kit. Red shirts. Although the design is different it is still red like ours. Just wish someone back in the 1890s had had the foresight to copyright it now. I wonder where that got that idea?Maybe they saw a film? Maybe your perceptiveness has blown our cover? .. We maybe in danger now thanks to you Mr Peacy...? Maybe Man U and Us are infact the UK's North West and South West MIB agency branch divisions.. ....doncha love conspiracy theories? .... or maybe you are right Percy and little old Bristol City have become fashion trendsetters. Thing is its all about 'the label' in designer fashion nowadays, if ManU are copying us they've got it so wrong, don't they know that BS is 'the label' to be seen in now? Adidas is SO last year.. (Peacy, Percy, Pearcy, thought it best to throw in a few misdirections to throw off potential name bootleggers, you never know whos watching and waiting to rip off anything and everything nowadays, can't be too careful.. )

WhistleHappy
...I think we played a blinder with the Purple And Lime though, let's see one of the Prem boys try to copy that and hope to get it below our Pearcy's rip-off radar! ... CiderHider
Purple and lime is great, you can always pick out a player in purple and black. red or green or blue can confuse players, especially those who are color blind. the team Dr should tell SC if any suffer from colour blindness annnnd if we have no colour blind players we should play in a color that will confuse the opposition team ufff green and white hoops is taken. hmm How about a fan colored colours? We can blend our players into the background, they'll be like, no way! where did there bloody winger go?! holy shit the crowd just crossed into the box and nobody headed it in for a goal Yeaah stealth team bitches! BRISTOL86
This literally makes no sense. Are you seriously suggesting we are the first team to ever rehash elements of an old kit design? .
BS4 on Tour...
Am sure we weren't the first to have a black away kit Partick Thistle had the first black away kit, around 1992....
