You can't just turn up and smash any team in the Championship. Yep guess so, it was always more of 'must not lose' than a 'must win', just disappointing when it sounded we were well on top 1st half. JoeAman08
An away point is ok. This is the type of team we need to be getting 3 points against though. There aren't many of them and we won't always beat them but that's now 3 points from 3 games against teams we will be battling it out with to stay up. If what we've been told about how good our team is, that isn't acceptable. Quote Link to comment

CotswoldRed
As much as I'm disappointed today, I'm very much of the opinion we are not, as Cotterill has suggested, in a false position. 1 Quote Link to comment

If what we've been told about how good our team is, that isn't acceptable. What's all this bull$h1t about us being told how good we are? The comments I have read from Cotterill are that we are getting better. Have a look at our away record - it's not that shoddy. If we sort things out at the Gate (and we have won two out of the last three at home) we will be alright. To call an away point unacceptable is unacceptable if you ask me. 1 Quote Link to comment

BRISTOL86
Point and clean sheet away from home in this league is never to be sniffed at. Most importsntly IMO is two consecutive clean sheets, for the first time since April! Quote Link to comment
Ivorguy
Fans still divided between optimists and pessimists. Which will turn out to be the more realistic? i am still, sadly, in the pessimistic camp. All will depend on new faces in January but on this season's recruitment situation, signings and loans, I am not holding my breath Quote Link to comment

Londoner
Worth noting that Bolton have drawn with Sheff Wed, Derby and Brighton at home this season, as well as beating wolves. an away point is never bad as such. Quote Link to comment

Bris Red
Decent point IMO. Funny how people just expected us to show up and take all 3 points, its the Championship ffs there really are no push overs.. 2 Quote Link to comment

Oh, and the people with an agenda who want Cotterill out so take the negatives whenever they can get them. 5 Quote Link to comment

cityexile
It is small steps. This did not sound like Cardiff in fairness, where we were clearly the better team. Last international break, after drawing to MK we were bottom. This one, six points off the bottom and two out of the zone. Not great, no point saying it is, but better than it was. Going to be a long old season, but today was ok, no more, no less. Edited November 7, 2015 by cityexile 5 Quote Link to comment

We won't stay up on today's result and won't be going down on the back of it either. No need to slash your wrists because you "only" got a point and clean sheet away from home. eardun
People were saying we needed to tighten up and we have. 4 clean sheets in 6. We are improving. Yes a win would have been great but at least a draw keeps Bolton 4 points below us. Quote Link to comment
