Eddie Hitler Posted January 1, 2016 Share Posted January 1, 2016 Notts County have had it for this season and will be lucky to stay up despite their having three top players (Jon Stead and McLeod up front and Roy Carrol in goal), they let Moniz sign a huge number of players in the summer, well into double figures, most of whom were the technical flair players that Moniz likes but are useless in the lumpen muddy clogfest that is Div 4. Lanterne Rouge Posted January 1, 2016 Author Share Posted January 1, 2016 I`ve always had a bit of a soft spot for them (even after THAT cup tie!), I think it`s mainly because they accept their lot and don`t want to be Forest all the time. Always Believesham Posted January 1, 2016 Share Posted January 1, 2016 Interesting to see Richard Dryden has been put in temporary charge - literally one of the last players to leave City 'before my time' Saw County really early on this season, they didn't look bad, but they did draw 1-1 with Accrington Stanley (who are having an incredible season). County fan I know said their biggest problem is inconsistency - they are no worse than Newport, Dagenham, Yoevil or Barnet Wonder if they'd have Keith Curle back?
