LondonBristolian
If nothing else, I'd like to think that's a myth that can be put to bed today. Our players showed today they are good enough on their day. The trick has to be getting performances like this out of them on a regular basis, cutting out last minute mistakes or lapses in concentration and getting the players in to flesh out the squad. But, much as Cotts deserves credit for today's performance, he also needs to make sure he gets that from the players week-in and week-out.
southvillekiddy
It does help if players like Agard, Burns, Wagstaff, Reid are given a decent chance to play and the manager tries a different formation to suit who he has in the squad. Otherwise it's the same old "experience" trap.

We need quality and quantity arriving as soon as poss
