Bar BS3
Is he still out of work..? I'd love us to go for someone like him. or Tony Mowbray, if he could be lured away from Coventry.
Taz
Not sure how popular Mowbray would be, but would definitely put us on the right tracks - defence would be tighter!! Di Matteo, now that is a new name. Not quite sure he would come here though...
supercidered
Yea Di Matteo would jump at the chance. Won a Champions League and then thinks I know what... I will take a bottom 3 championship club and make them great!

supercidered
Sorry Taz... I just seem to be in a bad mood for some reason! My Missus says I've been like it since the summer. I can't put me finger on it.

Of course, his stock has been far higher than us, but if he is out of work and wanted a route back into the English game then it's an possibility. No more unrealistic than Moyes, I would think. Mowbray's teams play good football, but he's just like Cotterill and Johnson, in as much as he has no plan B. He was dismissed by Celtic, WBA and Boro because he refuses to change his albeit attractive footballing philosophy, even when it's not working. Bold attitude, but a bit daft when it costs you your job, imo!!
