Chairman Mao
Mark Ashton comes in from Oxford. Former Chief Executive of Watford and Keeper and director for WBA. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/35333639 Left his role at Oxford in december '15, may he's been lined up for a while? Formerly a consultant here. Director for WBA from 1990-2004, who else has worked for WBA? Steve Clarke, maybe a link their? Anyway, sounds like a good move. Davefevs
Steve Clarke - nowhere near WBA until 2012/13. Michael Appleton - played for WBA until 2003 when he joined their back room staff. So will have know Ashton from there and now Oxford.
