Emmanuel Frimpong
How about a minutes applause on 60 minutes on Tuesday night for the man who won us our first league title in 60 years?
Rossendale Red
The king is dead. Long live the king. Felt yesterday was a great touch by the Atyeo with the banner and the chant around the ground of "only one Stevie Cotterill" and an appropriate tribute. We have to move on now. We did yesterday, although the current most appropriate minute is in added on time, for the goals that cost him his job. So we all stood and clapped in the 95 minute! Not me. Grateful for what Cotterill did last season, but this season has been a shambles and he had to go. We've already thanked him and the players for last season but now it's time to move on. Andy082005
For crying out loud! He aint dead! Gave us a great season, but he more then played his part in possibly undoing all of the hard work of last season. He should have been let go after the Rotherham defeat! Time to move on
Inactive user
I'm up for this. I'll be clapping like a demented seal. But shouldn't we wait until the 86th minute, just after we go one down, in recognition of his approach to substitutes?
BS4 on Tour...
We applauded him after the 8-2 win against Walsall in May....and thanked him and the players for an amazing season. Why do we need to do it again halfway through a truly awful season and after he's gone?!

ten minutes of rough
Get a grip, he has been sacked for taking this club to the brink of league1, sure last season was fantastic, but this, a shambolic stubborn display of his huge ego that has cost us too many points. I thought you did things like that when people died. The bloke lost his job. It was a great shame it ended as it did but we need to move on and get behind Pembo and Wade. I think it might be a bit disrespectful to Nigel Pearson for his first game in charge......just saying.
