The only thing I can see at present is a Shola Ameboi type signing. With Bradshaw, Bent etc off the table it looks slim pickings. Not signing a striker today would be a blow ahead of Charlton. Yep we know we need a striker, if we added Kyle Lafferty to those above I'd be well chuffed! As everyone gets more desperate as tonight progresses - don't forget the five players we've brought in, some seem to have wiped them from their memories already! Spike Posted February 1, 2016 Report Share Posted February 1, 2016 The thing is no-one wants to let a player go in January, let alone a consistent striker and they're certainly not going to let one go with hours to go as they won't be able to get a replacement.
