shire_redz
This is doing my head in! If a goalkeeper catches the ball with his hands outside of the area but his feet are placed inside the area, is this handball? Big debate about this one at work today! BS3_RED
The short answer is yes. It is the position of the ball not the feet that matters.
Guest XrAnGeX
It is indeed ! Imagine the goal keeper diving out of his area in order to grab the ball. So hes positioned with his waist upwards outside of the box grasping the ball however his feet and legs inside, it would look like a blatent hand ball, which in fact it is. cidercity
Still handball as said previously its the position of the ball not the keepers body parts.
