The noises Matthews made seemed to indicate he was looking for a contract somewhere outside of Sunderland. Anyway, now that they're staying up I would think that they'd like to move him on. Big Sam already did us a favour at West Ham when he signed Micky Naynard off us (mind you he was buying up every available striker at that time).
