slartibartfast
Just reading AFCB fans are being short changed. The club are letting their fans go on free coaches, BUT they can only get EIGHT ! Wouldn't you think a club like Manure would try to ensure that as many of the 3k odd fans that traveled could get there again FOC ? After all it was their **** up ! Admin phantom Posted May 17, 2016 Admin Report Share Posted May 17, 2016 On the radio earlier they said they hadn't filled the coaches, others had chosen to make their own way

But my point ,there was no offer forthcoming from the "great" club .

These coaches are booked weeks in advance its a bit hard to suggest Man U can pull them out of thin air while in all likely hood they are already booked out
CiderJar
Surely they could just get on the Man Utd coaches heading up from Bournemouth?
Admin Ian M Posted May 17, 2016 Admin Report Share Posted May 17, 2016 An offer of sorts has been made, refunds are available for all tickets whilst the ticket remains valid for the match still.

BBC interviewed loads who couldn't stay. it does show how much of Manure's "support" is not local.

Mr Roper
On the subject of bomb/terrorist threats at Old Trafford I seem to remember going there as a lad to watch City ,maybe back in 75 ,we beat them with last kick of the game .Do remember also a tannoy announcement before the game saying there was a bomb in the Stretford End and it was to be evacuated . No one moved and the Manure fans started singing " we,re going to get our ******* heads blown off " it was at a time the IRA were planting bombs on the mainland so was a serious threat but the police just didnt bother the fans or made them move and the game went on ,Bizzarely. Anybody remember the incident ??

It was a third party security firm's. It could have happened at any ground and it wouldn't have been the club's fault.
