By this I mean, never been part of the Premier League since it's formation or relegated from the basement division (ever). They fit the criteria, as I did say "ever" relegated from the football league so they will make the list. And no, I'm sorry, no fivers. I've just bought a house so need all the money I can get! If it's ever, I would have thought the only clubs to have been in the Football League for it's entire history are Notts County and Preston. Not so much...there was no legal precedent to block it, and it went to an independent committee to decide and final and binding decision (can guarantee Winkleman would've taken it to CAS if blocked by the FA.)
