Derby Appoint Pearson

Although he has a good record at Leicester, where he has spent most of his managerial time, it is pretty average elsewhere.  It will be interesting to see how he does.  I get the impression he is a control freak which may not fit in with "the Derby way".

However he is inheriting a good squad so should have a good first season at least.  Bastard.

I think Pearson has made a very smart move there.

They do seem to bottle it when push comes to shove quite often. Pearson may just be the bloke to stop that happening.
