Is there an Open Day this summer

They've got to do at least two "ramp up" events, so the safety advisory lot are happy that the stadium functions as it should. One of those is the Portsmouth game, which won't be an open day as such, but will be an event that people can have a look round the stadium etc.

What's the other one, then? Any ideas?

Sorry if this has been posted already but just wondering if anyone knew if city were holding an open day in the summer?

Why, what position do you play?

An open day would be a great idea. Bring your own boots, get a contract....

@Dollymarie Are they still intending to have a concert to open the place? Because I suggest the band Muse (West Country boys who could sell it out easily, fresh from Glastonbury and space in their tour diary...) What's reckon eh @Mkelly:chant6ez:

Oh and the Wurzels can be the supporting act... :farmer:

Matt Bellamy appears to be a plastic Chelsea fan (with two homes in Malibu) while the bass player is an avid Rotherham fan. So not much affinity with Bedminster.

Maybe not precisely BS3 but they are from Devon way. And as much as I dislike glory hunting prem fans, Chelsea are miles better than Man U.

Plus Muse are shit.

Their new album is very Queen-esque. And also did you know that Queen were the 1st band to sell out the old Wembley Stadium? Muse were the 1st band to sell out the new Wembley Stadium. Fun fact.
