Membership of UEFA is for all European footballing countries and as Europe stretches from The Urals in the east to Ireland / Portugal in the west, and includes non EU countries, that will not be changed. Israel is also a member of UEFA because it is not politically wise to include them in the Asian FA with lots of Muslim countries.

The biggest change will be that the British government rules for players from EU countries joining British clubs will almost certainly become the same as currently exist for non EU players. This will make it very difficult to sign those such as Kodjia who would not have passed the requirements for number of internationals played.
