RUSSEL85
CHELTENHAM SIGN SMITH It's been a busy day for Cheltenham Town as they have announced their second signing of the day with Jonny Smith joining the club from Bristol City on loan until the start of January. RUSSEL85
Good luck to the lad, he will cause all sorts of problems in league
Phileas Fogg
Johnson clearly rates smith. Wants him to be looked after, so sends him to his dad. Says a lot that he sends him to Cheltenham which is a reasonably good level rather than a conference side. I expect our loans will go to clubs like Weston/Bath and then Cheltenham/Yeovil when they're ready. I wouldn't be surprised to see McCoulsky at Cheltenham/Yeovil this season if he carries on doing well.

Maybe we should send someone their way!

Can't think of any that fit that description there now though Hopefully Yeovil/Cheltenham/Plymouth go up to become that side.
Port Said Red
It's not always the playing level for ex non-league players, its the day to day training the professionals do, I think it takes a different mindset, especially if you are not playing at the end of the process. I am sure he will benefit from actually playing as well.
1960maaan
Four months of (hopefully) regular first team football will do him the world of good. With luck he'll come back pushing for the first team.
Ivorguy
This is what running the club professionally now means. Most impressed by the thought now being put in to the recruitment and development of players like Smith and McCluskey.

Not being deliberately awkward, but have you seen him play lots? Fair play if you have, I know virtually nothing about the lad...
