Sounds like FF had a really solid match from BBC review. Also said Derby time wasting in second half, hence 5 mins of ET Derby started wasting time from the second half kick off Quote Link to comment

Ivorguy
In cold light of day this will be 2 points dropped. same old, same old except we do seem to fight to the very end, but we shouldn't have to at home against a team like Derby These sort of non performances will hit gates pdq and affect our medium term financial targets However well done Wibs 1 Quote Link to comment

As I see it he (ROD) was clearly to blame for Sheff Wed's second and the third was a bit silly doing the - clearly instructed typically - ball to the wing. Rotherham he can have a share for the first, second is just a freak thing. In hindsight I don't then think it's particularly catastrophic or a particular loss of form necessarily. A one off shot he ought to have saved, a bit of confusion and just a bit of silliness. Of the third at Weds we had the chance to regroup from the throw in so arguably a different phase and no worse than a MF giving away a silly freekick around the half way line. I think that's a massive overreaction to blame him l. He gave the ball away but there's a bloody lot in between the throw in and the goal Personally, I think it's a massive overreaction. Doesnt mean I don't hope FF is motm mind and I eat my words. But from here I'm rather disappointed in that decision. Done. Quote Link to comment

cidercity1987
Rode our luck with Derby's chances due to our overly offensive formation but a deserved draw in the end. Id prefer us to play with a structure though which was missing today. Quote Link to comment
Major Isewater
Absolutely vital that we got something from this match ,well done lads . Sounds like a below par performance but Derby are a top six side and we were as equally poor as them. O'Neil available for our next match . Tomlin seemed more lively. Reid gets the assist after having plenty of shots off target. Ekstrand gets 45 mins under his belt . 5 Quote Link to comment

mozo
Really happy of course with the equaliser and current league position. I'm concerned though that we don't know our best formation, let alone line up. All a bit Roy Hodgson at the minute... 1 Quote Link to comment
Robin101
Bizarre feeling that we can score a 95th min equaliser and I'm still disappointed. If only we'd cut these stupid mistakes out !! Quote Link to comment

finbarr_in_z
Looking back at Tuesday's LJ quote:- "What we have showed is that we can go to a real intense environment and really silence everyone, especially for 45 minutes. "Whether you win or lose, you always learn from it. It's taught me, I know who can't quite handle the pressure and that's interesting." Learned? Interesting? Quote Link to comment

Several on here seem to forget we went to 3-5-2 at home to Villa and away at Rotherham after finding ourselves behind, and both time came back to win. So, for me, not a surprise to try that formation. Joey going off after 30 mins would have seriously weakened that formation, as we really rely on JB getting forward to deliver crosses. Shtanley
3-5-2 is not for me I like Paterson. Abraham lonely a lot. Tomlin diabolical first 60, outstanding last 30. Freeman made an impact and did quite well. Nice early crosses. Fielding atrocious kicking but made some good saves, they should've killed the game off. We could've bloody won it mind! 6 Quote Link to comment
