EmersonsRed
Interested to see how we line up tomorrow, Tomlin when playing good or bad really occupies an opposition midfielder at all time trying to stop him. Tomorrow will be a scrappy game IMO, wondered who people would put in for him...
Ska Junkie
Was chatting about this after the game on Tuesday. I wouldn't mind seeing Luke Freeman playing Tommos' role with Bobby Reid available to slot in there if it doesn't work.
Meh
Hopefully Engvall fit for an hour

Super
Bring in GON and push Bobby forward. We have a few options though which is good.

Yes, he was crap last season but he's the only player that comes to mind that may do the unpredictable. I reckon he's doing much better this season and deserves a chance at 10. Given that, as super said, bringing O'Neil back in and pushing Bobby forward is the obvious choice. Patterson is another option I suppose.

We are a better side with O'Neil in it and this reduces Reid's defensive responsibilities. Win-win.
Robbie_Turner
Bring in O'Dowda and play Paterson in Tomlin's role. Think Paterson would revel in the opportunity, especially against his previous employers !!

If O' Neil is fit I'm with you and Super that Bobby slots in .
Welcome To The Jungle
I feel Brownhill's energy could compliment Pack. I'd also bring on O'Dowda for Freeman, not based on performance but Freeman looked wrecked against Leeds by the end.
Alessandro
I think O'Dowda and Paterson are best running at players out wide. Brownhill, as LJ says is more industrious than creative in that role. So Freeman or Reid........Reid for me.

Bobby Reid, our highest goal scoring midfielder, with o'neil taking his place with pack in a midfield
Fiale
O'Neil is still not well so I expect PAck and Brownhill will go central midfield, then it will be Patterson, Reid, Freeman - maybe a little interchanging ion positions but mostly Bobby taking Tomlin's slot... it's what LJ has done in the past. Very good alongside Tomlin and more than able to take his place in his absence. I'm sure he could play that role, but from what i've seen of him he just looks good running into the channels and using his pace up the flanks, i'm thinking his cut in and shot against Rotherham and at least two assists at Fulham, first goal for Tammy and last for Flint. Lanterne Rouge
I expect it to either be Pato or Bobby. I can`t see LF being in there and Joe has pretty much said in his interview that he won`t be.

I just think he'd be a natural replacement for Tomlin for the Forest game - he looks to have more about him that just running the channels. He'll probably play Brownhill there like he did for the Wigan game Seriously, I don't think he will.
