However I was sure I had paid and after phoning the club apparently it is a FAULT that they're looking at, so don't renew your subscription as I was about to do! AdamB Posted November 3, 2016 Report Share Posted November 3, 2016 All, This is an ongoing issue with Stream AMG's payment platform, which is currently telling the system that all accounts are inactive. Stream AMG, who provide the Bristol City Player HD service, are aware of this issue and are currently working on a solution. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
